This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User ,” “you,” or “your”)
and Adorix Labs (“Adorix Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the SaturNation
audio plugin, including any related installers, plugin files, software files, updates, documentation, presets,
license keys, activation systems, download links, and related materials collectively referred to as the
“Software.”
By downloading, installing, activating, accessing, purchasing, or using SaturNation, you agree to be bound
by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not download, install, activate, access,
purchase, or use the Software.
1. Software
SaturNation is an audio plugin designed for music production, mixing, mastering, and audio processing.
SaturNation is currently provided for Windows in VST3 format only. macOS builds and AAX are not
currently included and may be added in a future release.
Adorix Labs does not guarantee compatibility with every digital audio workstation, operating system, audio
interface, plugin host, wrapper , bridge, computer configuration, or third-party software environment.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, Adorix Labs grants
you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install, activate, and
use the Software.
Unless otherwise stated in writing by Adorix Labs, each license is for one licensed user or one business
seat.
You may use SaturNation to create, record, mix, master , release, distribute, publish, sell, license, and
commercially exploit your own music, sound recordings, beats, compositions, podcasts, videos, audio
productions, client projects, and other creative works.
You retain ownership of the music, sound recordings, compositions, and audio works you create using
SaturNation.

This Agreement gives you permission to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership of the Software to
you.
3. License Type
SaturNation is sold as a lifetime license, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
A lifetime license means you may use the version of the Software you purchased for as long as the Software
remains technically usable on your system, subject to this Agreement.
A lifetime license does not guarantee lifetime technical support, lifetime compatibility with future operating
systems, lifetime compatibility with future DAW versions, lifetime compatibility with third-party plugin hosts,
lifetime server availability, or lifetime access to all future major paid upgrades unless expressly stated in
writing by Adorix Labs.
Future major versions, expanded plugin formats, additional tools, major upgrades, or premium add-ons
may be offered for free or for an additional fee at the discretion of Adorix Labs.
4. Installation and Activation
SaturNation may require online activation, a license key, serial number , account verification, email
verification, or another licensing mechanism to confirm valid use.
Unless otherwise approved by Adorix Labs in writing, each license may be activated and used by one
licensed user on one primary computer at a time.
Additional activations, reactivations, lost license keys, computer changes, hardware changes, or activation
resets may be handled at the discretion of Adorix Labs.
You are responsible for keeping your license key, account access, download link, installer , and activation
details secure.
You must not share your license key, activation access, installer , download link, or account access with any
unauthorized person.
5. Restrictions
You must not, and must not allow any other person or entity to:
Copy, share, upload, leak, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer , resell, or otherwise
commercially exploit the Software, installer , license key, activation access, download link, or any part
of SaturNation;

Make the Software publicly available through file-sharing sites, cloud folders, forums, marketplaces,
torrents, Discord servers, social platforms, private groups, or any other distribution method;
Modify, adapt, translate, decrypt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer , reverse compile, bypass,
crack, tamper with, or attempt to derive the source code, object code, algorithms, internal logic,
audio-processing methods, activation system, copy-protection system, licensing system, or
underlying structure of the Software;
Circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass any license activation, authentication,
usage restriction, copy-protection feature, technical limitation, or security mechanism included with
the Software;
Remove, alter , obscure, or disable any copyright, trademark, branding, ownership, licensing,
activation, security, or proprietary notice contained in or displayed by the Software;
Use one license for multiple users unless expressly authorized by Adorix Labs in writing;
Use the Software in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of Adorix Labs or any
third party;
Include, bundle, embed, resell, distribute, or otherwise provide the Software itself as part of any
sample pack, preset pack, DAW template, plugin bundle, software product, resale package, service
package, or downloadable product;
Use the Software to develop, train, benchmark, copy, clone, or create a competing product, plugin,
algorithm, model, processor , or audio tool based on the Software’s design, behaviour , interface,
processing methods, presets, output characteristics, or functionality.
These restrictions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold.
Adorix Labs retains all ownership, title, and interest in and to SaturNation, including all software code,
object code, source code, algorithms, audio-processing methods, design elements, user interface elements,
branding, product names, trademarks, logos, documentation, installers, supplied presets, license systems,
activation systems, updates, and related intellectual property.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Software or any Adorix Labs intellectual property to
you.
You may not claim ownership of SaturNation, any part of the Software, or any derivative, modified, cracked,
copied, or reverse-engineered version of the Software.

7. Commercial Music Use
You may use SaturNation in commercial and non-commercial audio projects, including music releases,
client mixes, mastering work, sync work, beats, sample-based productions, podcasts, video content,
streaming content, film audio, game audio, and other creative audio productions.
You do not owe Adorix Labs royalties, publishing ownership, master ownership, producer points,
performance income, mechanical royalties, synchronization fees, licensing income, or any other revenue
from music or audio works you create using SaturNation.
This license covers use of the Software as an audio-processing tool. It does not allow redistribution, resale,
sharing, uploading, leaking, or commercial exploitation of the Software itself.
8. Beta, Trial, Demo, and Early Access Versions
From time to time, Adorix Labs may provide beta, trial, demo, pre-release, or early access versions of the
Software.
Beta, trial, demo, pre-release, and early access versions may be incomplete, unstable, limited, time-
restricted, watermarked, missing features, or subject to change.
You agree that beta, trial, demo, pre-release, and early access versions are provided for testing, evaluation,
demonstration, or early use only and may contain bugs, errors, crashes, compatibility issues, missing
functionality, or unfinished features.
Adorix Labs may modify, disable, expire, revoke, replace, or discontinue beta, trial, demo, pre-release, or
early access versions at any time.
Unless expressly permitted by Adorix Labs in writing, you may not publicly review, demonstrate, stream,
post, share, publish, redistribute, or disclose content showing a private beta version of the Software before
public release.
Beta, trial, demo, pre-release, or early access access does not guarantee a free final license unless expressly
stated by Adorix Labs in writing.
9. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide Adorix Labs with feedback, bug reports, feature requests, testimonials, comments, ideas,
suggestions, improvement recommendations, or other input relating to SaturNation, you grant Adorix Labs
a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable right to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, implement, commercialize, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any
purpose without compensation, credit, approval, or obligation to you.

Adorix Labs is not required to use any feedback you provide.
Testimonials, quotes, endorsements, or public-facing statements will only be used publicly where
permission has been given or where you have submitted such material for public use.
10. Updates and Changes
Adorix Labs may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, new features, compatibility updates, presets,
installers, or format updates at its discretion.
Adorix Labs is not obligated to provide any particular update, feature, compatibility fix, plugin format, or
future version.
Future versions, major upgrades, new plugin formats, expanded licensing options, or additional products
may be free or paid at the discretion of Adorix Labs.
AAX support and macOS support are planned but are not currently included and are not
guaranteed for any specific release date.
11. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of SaturNation, all sales are final once the Software, license key, activation access,
download access, installer , or any related digital product access has been delivered, except where a refund,
cancellation right, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that your computer , operating system, digital audio
workstation, plugin host, plugin format, and workflow are compatible with SaturNation.
SaturNation is currently available as a Windows VST3 only. macOS builds and AAX are not currently
included. If you require macOS, AAX, or native Pro Tools support, you should not purchase
SaturNation until that format is officially released.
Adorix Labs may, at its discretion, assist with technical issues, activation problems, installation problems,
license problems, or compatibility questions. However , technical support, troubleshooting assistance, or
future update plans do not create a general refund right.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer protection right that cannot legally be
excluded under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
12. System Compatibility
SaturNation is currently available as a Windows VST3 only.

You are responsible for ensuring that your DAW, operating system, hardware, audio interface, and plugin
host support the applicable plugin format.
Adorix Labs does not guarantee compatibility with every DAW, plugin host, wrapper , bridge, operating
system version, computer configuration, third-party plugin, or audio-routing setup.
Use of SaturNation through third-party plugin hosts, wrappers, bridges, or compatibility layers is not
officially guaranteed unless expressly stated by Adorix Labs.
Changes made by operating system developers, DAW developers, plugin host developers, or third-party
software providers may affect compatibility, performance, or usability.
13. Privacy and Data
According to the current Software design, SaturNation does not collect crash reports, analytics, or usage
data from inside the plugin.
However , Adorix Labs may process information necessary for website operation, payment processing, order
fulfillment, license delivery, license activation, fraud prevention, support, email communication, and legal
compliance.
Use of the Adorix Labs website, checkout, payment provider , licensing system, email communication, and
support systems may be subject to the Adorix Labs Privacy Policy.
By purchasing, activating, or requesting support for SaturNation, you acknowledge that certain personal
information may be processed as necessary to complete the transaction, deliver the license, activate the
Software, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
14. Third-Party Services
SaturNation may be distributed, sold, activated, hosted, delivered, or supported through third-party
services such as payment processors, file hosting providers, licensing providers, email platforms, website
providers, analytics/security tools, or customer support tools.
Adorix Labs is not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, policies, fees, errors, security breaches,
service interruptions, data practices, or technical problems of third-party providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

15. No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied,
statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adorix Labs disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, uninterrupted
operation, error-free performance, and suitability for any particular audio, musical, commercial,
professional, or technical purpose.
Adorix Labs does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, produce any particular artistic
or commercial result, improve any specific mix, prevent distortion, eliminate masking, increase loudness,
improve streaming performance, or function without interruption, bugs, crashes, latency, CPU load, or
compatibility issues.
No oral or written information, advice, demonstration, marketing statement, website statement, video,
email, or support communication from Adorix Labs creates any warranty not expressly stated in this
Agreement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adorix Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost
business, lost clients, lost data, lost recordings, lost sessions, corrupted projects, studio downtime,
equipment issues, DAW crashes, failed releases, reputational harm, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill
arising from or related to the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Adorix Labs for any claim relating to the
Software or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some limitations may not
apply to you.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adorix Labs from and against any claims, damages,
losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
Your misuse of the Software;
Your violation of this Agreement;
Your violation of applicable law;
Your infringement of third-party rights;

Your unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, copying, cracking, leaking, or modification of the
Software;
Your use of the Software in professional, commercial, client, or production environments;
Any claim that your music, audio, content, project, production, or client work infringes or violates the
rights of a third party.
18. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
Your license will automatically terminate if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your
possession or control.
Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to Adorix Labs under law or equity.
Sections relating to ownership, intellectual property, restrictions, feedback, privacy, warranty disclaimers,
limitation of liability, indemnity, termination, and governing law will survive termination.
19. Export and Legal Compliance
You agree to use the Software only in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Software in violation of applicable export control laws,
sanctions, or trade restrictions.
20. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws
of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Software will be handled in the courts located
in British Columbia, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit, exclude, or restrict any consumer protection rights,
cancellation rights, refund rights, warranty rights, or other legal rights that cannot be limited, excluded, or
restricted under applicable law.
If any part of this Agreement conflicts with a mandatory legal right that applies to you, that mandatory legal
right will apply only to the extent required by law, and the rest of this Agreement will remain in effect.
22. Changes to This Agreement
Adorix Labs may update this Agreement from time to time.
The updated version will be effective when posted on the Adorix Labs website or otherwise made available.
Your continued use of the Software after an updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the
updated Agreement.
If you do not agree to an updated Agreement, you must stop using the Software.
23. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be
limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force
and effect.
24. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any applicable order terms, checkout terms, refund policy, privacy policy,
and written licensing terms provided by Adorix Labs, forms the entire agreement between you and Adorix
Labs regarding the Software.
This Agreement supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications regarding the
Software, except where Adorix Labs has provided specific written terms that expressly modify this
Agreement.
