Refund Policy Adorix Labs / SaturNation Last Updated: June 5, 2026 This Refund Policy applies to purchases of SaturNation and any related digital products, licenses, downloads, activation access, installers, updates, or software products sold by Adorix Labs through https:// adorixlabs.com or any authorized checkout, payment, or delivery platform. By purchasing SaturNation, you agree to this Refund Policy. 1. Digital Product Notice SaturNation is a digital audio software product. Once a purchase is completed and the Software, license key, activation access, download access, installer , or related digital product access has been delivered, the product is considered delivered. Because SaturNation is a digital product that cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once delivered, except where a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy is required by applicable law. 2. No Refunds After Delivery Due to the digital nature of SaturNation, Adorix Labs does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the Software, license key, activation access, download access, installer , or related digital product access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, refund requests based on: Changing your mind after purchase; Purchasing the wrong product; Not checking system requirements before purchase; Not checking supported plugin formats before purchase; Not having a compatible DAW or plugin host; Expecting AAX support when AAX is not currently included; Not liking the sound, workflow, interface, or results after purchase; No longer needing the Software; Finding another plugin or alternative product; Discount codes, sales, or price changes after purchase; Accidental purchase, unless required by law; Lack of time to use the Software; Failure to read the product page, EULA, or checkout information before purchasing. 3. Current Supported Formats SaturNation is currently available in the following plugin format: Windows VST3 SaturNation is not currently available in macOS or AAX format. macOS support and AAX support for Pro Tools are planned, but they are not currently included and are not guaranteed for any specific release date. If you require macOS or AAX for Pro Tools, you should not purchase SaturNation until that format is officially released. 4. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase Before purchasing SaturNation, you are responsible for confirming that your setup is compatible with the product. This includes checking: Your operating system; Your DAW or plugin host; Your required plugin format; Whether your system supports Windows VST3; Whether you require AAX for Pro Tools; Whether your computer meets the product’s technical requirements; Whether online activation is acceptable for your workflow; Whether you agree with the EULA, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and this Refund Policy. Online Activation SaturNation may require online activation, a license key, serial number , email verification, or another licensing mechanism. Refunds will not be issued solely because the Software uses an activation system, provided this was disclosed before purchase or is reasonably necessary to deliver and protect the Software. If you experience an activation issue, contact Adorix Labs at support@adorixlabs.com so we can assist with troubleshooting, license verification, or activation reset where appropriate. 6. Technical Support Before Refund Consideration If you experience a technical issue, installation issue, activation issue, or compatibility concern, you must contact Adorix Labs first and provide a reasonable opportunity for support. Support requests should include: Your order email address; Your license key or order number , if available; Your operating system; Your DAW or plugin host; Your plugin format; A clear description of the issue; Screenshots, screen recordings, crash logs, or error messages where available. Adorix Labs may provide troubleshooting instructions, replacement download links, updated installers, activation assistance, compatibility guidance, or other support. Providing support does not create a general refund right. 7. When Refunds May Be Considered Adorix Labs may, at its discretion, consider a refund or other remedy in limited cases, including: Duplicate accidental charges for the same product; A confirmed payment error; Failure by Adorix Labs to deliver access to the purchased digital product; A verified technical issue that prevents the Software from being used on a clearly supported system after reasonable troubleshooting; Any situation where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law. Refund approval is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law. 8. No Refunds for Unsupported Systems or Formats Refunds will not be issued because the Software is incompatible with an unsupported system, unsupported DAW, unsupported plugin host, unsupported operating system, unsupported wrapper , unsupported bridge, or unsupported plugin format. SaturNation is currently available in Windows VST3 format only. macOS and AAX are not currently included. If you require macOS, AAX, Pro Tools-native support, or any unsupported format, you should not purchase SaturNation until that format is officially released. 9. No Refunds for Third-Party Issues Adorix Labs is not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, hardware, services, or platforms. This includes, but is not limited to: DAW bugs or DAW updates; Operating system updates; Audio interface issues; Plugin host or wrapper issues; Third-party plugin conflicts; Antivirus or security software interference; Payment processor delays; Email delivery problems outside our control; User account access issues caused by incorrect email entry; Computer hardware limitations. Adorix Labs may attempt to help troubleshoot third-party issues, but such issues do not automatically qualify for a refund. 10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes If you believe there is a billing error or delivery issue, contact Adorix Labs first at support@adorixlabs.com. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Adorix Labs may result in suspension or termination of your license, activation access, download access, and account access, where permitted by law. Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, resale, license abuse, or misuse of the payment system may result in permanent license termination. 11. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued back to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on the payment processor , bank, credit card provider , or checkout platform. Adorix Labs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. If a refund is issued, your SaturNation license, activation access, download access, and right to use the Software may be revoked or terminated. You must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control. 12. Discounts, Promotions, and Price Changes Adorix Labs may offer discounts, coupons, launch pricing, promotional pricing, affiliate offers, or limited- time pricing at its discretion. Price changes, sales, coupons, or promotions after your purchase do not create a refund right, partial refund right, or credit right. Adorix Labs is not required to retroactively apply discounts or promotions to previous purchases. 13. Beta, Trial, Demo, and Early Access Products Beta, trial, demo, pre-release, and early access versions may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, compatibility issues, or unfinished functionality. If SaturNation is sold or provided as an early access product, you acknowledge that the product may continue to receive updates, improvements, fixes, and changes after purchase. Early access status does not create a refund right unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Adorix Labs. 14. Legal Rights Nothing in this Refund Policy limits, excludes, or restricts any refund, cancellation, warranty, consumer protection, or other legal right that cannot be limited, excluded, or restricted under applicable law.
